Diana Gaines

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Gaines is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HighBank Consultants LLC. Ms. Gaines has over 20 years of experience with a specialization in the health care industry. Ms. Gaines has deep experience in a broad range of advisory services including senior financings, private placements of debt and equity, and corporate strategic and board advice.

Ms. Gaines began her career as a commercial lender serving in numerous capacities including the Head of the Long Term Care Unit, a division of First National Bank of Maryland’s Health Care Group. During Ms. Gaines tenure, the Health Care Group completed transactions totaling over $1 billion.

After leaving the banking industry, Ms. Gaines joined GE Capital Corporation to start their Health Care Lending Group.

Prior to founding HighBank Consultants, Ms. Gaines owned and operated Health Care Strategy Advisors, where she completed over $250 million in transactions for private and mid-market companies.

Ms. Gaines received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish from Duke University. Ms. Gaines is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Waxter Senior Center and Associated Catholic Charities in Baltimore.
